Due to the unique nature of both our inventory and
our business, please understand that not everything
is available for immediate delivery.  Many of the
items we have featured on our website will need to
be special ordered well in advance of a necessary
delivery date.  If you are in need of a gift for
expedited delivery, contact us to find out what is
immediately available in our extensive inventory
that is not featured on this website.
We will notify customers immediately of the
estimated ship date of any order placed, and we will
make every effort to ship each item as quickly as
possible.  We ship to private residences via USPS,
and to businesses via UPS and FedEx.  All shipments
require a signature for delivery, and all shipments
are fully insured up until a signature is received.

We charge estimated shipping and insurance costs
with no handling or packaging fees.
Layaway
advantage of with us every week.  This offers you
the opportunity to lock in the current price on any
of our items, or to guarantee that a one of a kind
piece is yours.  We have an automatic billing system
which makes our layaway easy.

Guarantee, Exchange Policy
We do guarantee and stand behind the
craftsmanship and the authenticity of every piece
of jewelry that we sell at Stardust, and we will
always work to satisfy our customers on every
level.  Should you have any issues with the
craftsmanship of any piece of jewelry you purchase
from Stardust, please contact us right away so that
we can make the necessary repairs. If you should
damage a piece, please contact us to guarantee
that the repair work is done properly.  As many of
our pieces are comprised of unusual materials or
complicated constructions, please allow us to
perform any and all work on our pieces.  We will
not be able to guarantee that your local jeweler will
have the knowledge or tools necessary to work on
our pieces, and thus we can not guarantee our
pieces that have been worked on by any third party.

Please talk to us about pieces in detail before you
order; if you wish to see additional pictures of an
item, or receive more in depth information, please
ask as we are happy to help as much as is possible.

If you receive a piece of jewelry from us and it is
not quite what you had in mind, please let us know
right away (within 24 hours of receipt) and we will
arrange an immediate UPS pick-up of the item, and
after we have received the item we will issue a
refund for the purchase amount less shipping and
credit card fees (2.5-3.5% of purchase total).  
Should you contact us after the 24 hour period but
within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a store
credit for the full purchase amount (less shipping
and credit card fees) good for one year.  We will
arrange a UPS pick-up of the item.  In both
instances, the refund or store credit will be
contingent upon the item being returned in original
(new) condition.  

These return options are not available on custom
orders, or for items that have been altered or sized.

Payment/Tax
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American
Express.  We also accept personal checks and
money orders, though we will hold items for
shipping until checks and money orders from new
customers have cleared.  5% sales tax will be
collected on all items shipped within the state of
Virginia.
